Experimenting with NetLogo

I decided to try out NetLogo in order to experiment a bit with reaction diffusion systems. Here is some useful documentation.

After a bit of fiddling I was able to get a model running with some turtles and the diffusion command.

Then I started working on the reaction-diffusion part and ended up with this.
